The all-new Mazda2 is more than just a model freshening of the current Mazda2. In 2002, the Mazda6 heralded the arrival of Mazda’s new generation of Zoom-Zoom vehicles, and now the Mazda2 becomes the first of these to evolve to the next level. As such, the new Mazda2 represents the progression of Mazda’s Zoom-Zoom brand promise.
Like the Mazda CX-7 presented earlier this year, the CX-9 is a clean break from the traditional boxy SUVs crowding the US market. While styling echoes the CX-7, CX-9 is not a lengthened three-row CX-7, and CX-7 is not a shorter-wheelbase CX-9. Engineered with Mazda’s “Soul of a Sportscar” signature , CX-9 deftly blends sporty driving spirit with seven-passenger SUV practicality.
Although 17 years old, the Mazda MX-5 is already an absolute classic. An object of cult-like adoration, it has enjoyed unbroken popularity since launch in 1989. At the Geneva Motor Show last year, Mazda introduced the third generation of the Mazda MX-5 that followed in the footsteps of two predecessors, whose success surprised even the most optimistic forecasters. Since 2000, Mazda MX-5 has been in the Guinness Book of World Records as the most successful open, two-seater vehicle ever.
Making its North American debut at the 2006 New York International Auto Show, the 2007 MAZDASPEED3 will be the flagship of the MAZDA3 range when it launches in Fall 2006. With its compact, lightweight body and more than 250-horsepower from a 2.3-liter DISI (Direct Injection Spark Ignition) Turbo engine, MAZDASPEED3 will be one of the highest performance front-wheel drive cars in the world when it hits the highway.

At this year’s North American International Auto Show, Mazda is presenting Kabura, a design concept that ventures beyond the compact sports coupe norm to explore several fresh ideas that could appear in future production models.
